Reports
1. New UCAT Data
Submission added to Reports Administrative called UCAT Student/Course
Submission.
2. Progress Summary can now be run by Financial Aid
Flag and High School.
3. Completion
Evaluation shows a small asterisk (*) next to course numbers that
appear in the program multiple times.
For Student Services:
1. Added new
enrollment objective type for Senior Citizen.
2. Added to
Sensitive Info form a date when the student's UTA card was activated on
campus.
3. For OWATC a drop
down has been added to assign customers to specific text messaging groups.
For Instructors
1. Classroom Management form
has a hidden column for Offender number and the number is displayed when
the roll is exported to excel.
2. For COOP student's the hours remaining on the class
roll now reflect holidays.
3. Course Sign off form will not allow the completion
of a course if the course start date reflects that there are no
modules available.
4. Failed check box added to certifications form.
5. Ability to update clock in and out times for
students schedule into extern courses delivered blended or online.
6. Program completion form will no longer show inactive
training plans.
For Fiscal Users:
1. We
have added to the client the ability to do sponsors by percentages. The
code behind this feature is NOT quite complete so the only options you
should be using is 100% with a FIXED dollar amount in the Fixed Amount $
box or 0% if it is a bookstore only voucher.
2. We have written
code to use the new enrollment objective of Senior Citizen. This new code
does not charge a person with this enrollment objective tuition but does
charge all student and adult fees.
