Schedule Detail form refreshes to today each time the save button is used.
Also, ability to use "Generate current schedule when backdating"
checkbox to see future schedules when backdating (so schedules do not
overlap).

· Tips/tricks can be set to
appear when you open Northstar. This will be useful for users to
share information to others at the campus about best practices with regard
to using Northstar.
· On the schedule detail form
the “attended all sessions” checkbox is defaulted when a record
is entered for today. Also, future externs will be displayed as
italicized.
· Batch admissions
functionality has been improved. Most importantly, students with
existing schedule details will be able to add more sessions, as long as
they do not overlap.
· The Sponsorship form refunds
future tuition charges when deactivated.
· Summary Transaction History
functionality has been improved. The total has also been added to the
bottom of each tab (Summary, Details, Campus Cash, Sponsor Payments).
· The View Course form will
allow you to assign which courses should display a letter grade on the
Transcript.
· Fields have been added to
the Add Batch Course Session form to displays session for web enrollment.
· Enhancements have been made
to the Grade Book form. Grades may now be selected from drop-down
menus. Additionally, the Grade Book can be printed as a report and a
Batch Progress report can be run from the grade book form for all students
showing on the form.

The ability to import data from Excel has been added.

Hot fix contains updates to the grade book, grade report, batch admissions,
and sponsor campus cash.

Prepayment for sponsors, allow overpayments to hit campus cash, fee dates
applied to sponsor billing, option to show only the current student on
Issue Refund, check refunds tied to a new liability account type,
simplified transaction summary.
[10.12.2007] – Hot Fix 1.3.2.0
Hot fix contains display changes to Sponsor Transaction History, Sponsor
Invoicing, and Sponsor Chargeback; High school student tuition issue
(corrected); Link from Customer Payment to Issue Refund; Invoice Sponsor
and Chargeback Sponsor corrected to show fees; General Ledger show cashier
initials (including system cashier) and tender types for payments and
refunds. Also included: Classroom Management export
(corrected), Lockstep course sessions viewable on assign forms through
current fiscal year, and Minor updates to Classroom Management Snapshot
display and synchronization/concurrency.

Contains significant enhancements to Classroom Management, Course Sign-off,
Batch Admissions, Enrollment Period, and Reports. Modest enhancements to
Sponsorships, Refunds, and Financial Aid. Minor enhancements to Schedule
Detail, Transaction History (Details), Sponsor Invoice, Sponsor Chargeback,
Batch Course Session, and Extern Session Hours.

Hot fix contains enhancements to the colorization of scheduling, the
ability to populate schedule detail date ranges from the history, and fixes
to Misc. Transaction.

We’re throwing caution to
the wind and giving you the Friday 13th hot fix. This fix contains sorting throughout
curriculum, added improvements to scheduling, including drag ‘n drop,
colorization, and quick keys, vast improvements to Student Transaction
History, and certainly some sort of good/bad luck inevitably found in only
this type of patch. This fix is
available through download

This Release contains everything, but the kitchen sink, which will of
course be out sometime this Spring.
Updates and enhancements have been made to all areas of the system,
including Scheduling, Classroom Management, and the peripheral data
tools.
[02.23.2007] – Hot Fix 1.1.37
Hot Fix contains continued modifications to scheduling, added fields to
peripheral data collection tools, and updates to the check-in stations. This hot fix is backward compatible
and comprehensive.

– Hot Fix 1.1.36
This hot fix is a compilation of fixes made to scheduling and the fiscal
application of scheduling.
Additionally, this patch will add needed validation to the Batch
Course Session, High School, and Scheduling forms. Furthermore, a re-enroll feature has
been added to scheduling wherein a student can now re-enroll into the same
course, regardless of the number of hours they have previously
attended. Lastly, this hot fix
is available through download only;
however, we recommend all scheduling agents use it.
